2nd Grade Playing It Safe:
Basic Personal Safety Program is a 30 minute assembly offered to all second grade classes in Saginaw County during the spring.
- Awarded the 2001 Children's Trust Fund Model Program Award
- No charge for this program in Saginaw County
- 1,873 second graders were educated in 2004
- Co-presented with a local law enforcement officer when available
- Students learn real life words and skills to stay safe and receive a coloring book to take home
