CAPE’s programs are provided free or at minimal cost to any group or organization in Saginaw County. CAN Council is affilated with the Michigan Children's Trust Fund and Prevent Child Abuse America. The Child Abuse Prevention Education Program works to find ways to prevent child abuse through education programs and collaborative efforts within the community.
CAPE develops collaborations with other agencies on key prevention issues to ensure non-duplication of services. The CAN COUNCIL provides materials to aide in the prevention of child abuse within Saginaw County.
